Important: This Service is intended solely for authorized school personnel and staff. If you are not authorized to access student education records or use this Service on behalf of an educational institution, you must not use the Service.

Our Service provides a platform for coordinating student support services within educational institutions, including:

3. School Official Relationship Under FERPA
3.1 FERPA Compliance
We operate as a "school official" under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) with legitimate educational interests in student education records. This means:

We are bound by the same FERPA restrictions as the school

3.2 Educational Purpose Limitation

6. Subscription and Payment Terms
6.1 Subscription Tiers
We offer three subscription tiers:

School Level: For school-wide coordination and management

District Level: For district-wide coordination across multiple schools
6.2 Free Trial

New users may access a free trial period as specified during registration

Trial access may be limited in functionality or duration

No payment information is required for trial access

Trial accounts may be converted to paid subscriptions at any time
6.3 Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

Schools are responsible for ensuring timely payment of subscription fees
6.4 Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

7. Data Ownership and Use
7.1 School Data Ownership
Schools retain all ownership rights to student education records and other data entered into the Service. We claim no ownership rights to school or student data.
7.2 Our Data Use Rights
We may use aggregated, de-identified data to:

Generate industry insights and benchmarks

Conduct research for educational purposes

7.3 Data Portability

15. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
